I recently upgraded to gutsy from feisty ... and Knetworkmanager failed
to list any wireless accesspoints or join wireless, tho iwconfig
revealed the device (eth1) was working and manually using dhcpcd to
setup the routing was successful (for a google test). The problem seems

version (0.6.5-0ubuntu16). I got this version using the `gutsy-proposed'
repositories, as explained in bug #83623.

I have gutsy and I don't see this problem. KNetworkMgr starts up every
time and connects to wireless every time (after asking KWallet password)
When right-click on knetwork manager on systray and 'quit' it will ask
you 'start during startup?'. Did you see that?
