Public bug reported:
Trying to run shp2pgsql results in a error, about the real executable
missing in postgres, however shp2pgsql-gui works fine.
$ shp2pgsql
Error: pg_wrapper: shp2pgsql was not found in /usr/lib/postgresql/9.3/bin
