** Description changed:
Have just uograded to 14.04. Has been very difficult trying to re-install
QGIS. While eventually accomplished it seems there are errors with some of the
dependant packages.
Description: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
Release: 14.04
I was trying to install QGIS 2.2 instead
Wait... actually, I had a bleeding edge repository (ubuntu-gis?) in use.
I got rid of that, uninstalled *qgis*, autoremoved, and then reinstalled qgis
and python-qgis, and all seems well.

My QGIS died on recent update, and so I uninstalled it and autoremoved,
and reinstalled it. It complained of no python-qgis when run for the
first time, but I get the same error as this bug when I try to install
it:
$ agi python-qgis
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
