That's a different package, and 0.7.3 still cannot be built. Bug needs

I believe that Ruben has fixed the Fail to Build problem for 0.7.3, which was
necessary to fix the Missing Tiles problem:

In my case it didn't fail with the same error message, but I've fixed it so
that it compiles correctly in my PPA for saucy and trusty (at least). The fix
can be found here: lp:~saltmakrell/launchpad/fixtiles-osm-gps-map
(it also contains the fix for #1320359).
