It seems that is BIOS/UEFI bug, so there is no solution to fix it on
5560g if planning use efi. I will never buy f*cking Acer production in

maxis11, could you please test the latest upstream kernel available (not the
daily folder) following https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds ? It will
allow additional upstream developers to examine the issue. Once you've tested
the upstream kernel, please comment on which kernel version
Tested kernel 3.15 rc3. In addition of freezes while shutdown there is another
bug : ACPI: Unable to enable ACPI
I'm already created bug report:
