Have you tried prepending the port with colon? Like :6222?
It has fixed the Error message: Success for me, but I am now stuck at
Connecting to ... and the client freezes.

I think I've found a solution:
If you hover over the SSH port field, it will show you extra info on port
format e. g. :port or server:port.
Since Remmina will create a SSH by default leading to localhost you have to set
the target NX server to localhost.
Basically apply same logic as if you
