We have 2 different problems here, the problem Pat reported is already
fixed: https://bugs.launchpad.net/qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu/+bug/1327066.
It came up because the launcher was renamed from UpstartAppLaunch to
UbuntuAppLaunch.
@Rick could you please upload your project somewhere so we can try to
in the plugin of 5/27 I get the following using a new qml project:

I switched the framework to ubuntu-sdk-14.10-qml-dev1 and got slightly
different output. Maybe this is helpful:
