Binary package hint: update-notifier

I am not sure if this could be considered a duplicate of the Adept bug,
two programs that do the same basic thing, in the same way, having the
same bug... too much similarity for me :-)

Anyway, here is the problem:
   Ubuntu-Desktop relies on Update-Notifier which then relies on 
Update-Notifier-Common.  UN and UNC will not install together because they are 
both trying to claim /usr/share/update-notifier/notify-reboot-required

Screen output:
