Hi Mark :) w0w, 2.5 years ago, just had to refresh my memory. I nailed it down to the version of libjemalloc1 in Ubuntu 14.04, which is 3.5.1. At the time of writing I still checked all versions of libjemalloc1 in Ubuntu releases and Debian releases. 16.04 was not even on the map at the time.
