I am absolutely happy to promote thunar-volman to main and remove
thunar-volman-plugin from the archive once you confirm that there are no
ubuntu specific changes in -plugin which need to be moved to thunar-

Yeah, of course, but thunar-volman-plugin is in main, so is it possible to make
a 'quick' MIR for thunar-volman instead of the complete one?
If that's possible, then I'm ok with this, thunar-volman-plugin can be dropped
from the archive and I'll update the seeds consequently.
