It now became a dependeny of freeipa-client, samba and such.
Please re-promote to main.
foundations-bugs is still subscribed to the package and there are no new
bugs which indicate we should not re-promote it as it is broken.

This looks great (build *and* dep8 tests!), but needs a team bug
subscription from whichever team in Ubuntu will look after this.
Besides that, it should probably have a quick security look. So I'll
