Sorry, I completely disagree. The value of cups-pdf is it works across applications. The most typical use case for me is printing something from Firefox which does not provide the ability to save to pdf itself. Martin's logic for closing this bug is flawed. -- cups-pdf do not overwrite

As previously stated, GTK2 and QT -based applications already include the possibility of saving to PDF via their Print dialog, which accomplishes what people in this thread have been expecting: to be able to choose the name under which their PDF export will be saved. Thus, I'm closing this bug.
