Public bug reported: Quite often, but not always, after manually locking the screen, I find that I cannot unlock it and end up having to restart X (ctrl-alt-backspace). Each time I enter my password, there is no "Sorry, that didn't work" message (i.e. password is apparently correct - I checked that caps-lock etc. is not active) but to no avail, the screen will not unlock.
