To manage
Debian exp now has 214, so to build this more conveniently I added a
conditional upstream:
https://github.com/desrt/systemd-shim/commit/4c6af921
With that shim just needs to be rebuilt.

Meh, that doesn't actually work, logind complains about a signature
mismatch. So indeed this will have to wait until we update systemd.
