Ubuntu 14.10 r203

1. Wipe the phone.
2. Navigate to System Settings > "Background".
3. If bug 1362125 has not yet been fixed, expand the "Ubuntu Art" section.

What you see: The default image with no special highlight.

What you should see: The default image highlighted as the selected
image.

What you see: The "Ubuntu Art" and "Custom" sections are both collapsed.

This problem fixes itself the first time you choose a different image
(even if you subsequently delete it and revert to the default), but it's
confusing on first use.
