Why Wallpaper when the setting is Background, I would expect these to be
consistent
We have the reverse functionality to pull the images via settings.
Usability reported this as Medium, Change background for the phone was easy
and 1 participant failed the task.

Will mark this a low priority as there is already a way to achieve this
through system settings - and I guess adding Background in content hub
would require a fair amount of work
