No even on pusshing connect button on bt device won't reconnect it,
please also note that I didn't required to push any button when tried
the same case with Android running device.
Please find the syslog file attached.

Please attach /var/log/syslog from the device to this bug report. Note
that for some devices to "automatically" pair back after a reboot, you
will need to push one of the buttons to trigger a new connection, but it
shouldn't request a PIN and just connect.
