Public bug reported:

---Problem Description---
ibutils InfiniBand network utilities package is missing in Ubuntu 14.10

---uname output---
Linux ubuntu 3.16.0-14-generic #20-Ubuntu SMP Sat Sep 6 23:45:12 UTC 2014
ppc64le ppc64le ppc64le GNU/Linux

Machine Type = P8

---Steps to Reproduce---
Install a P8 machine with Ubuntu 14.10 build as guest VM.
Then try executing ibdiagnet command for getting IB diagnostic details.

root@ubuntu:~# ibdiagnet
ibdiagnet: command not found

root@ubuntu:~# apt-get install ibutils

E: Unable to locate package ibutils

root@ubuntu:~# uname -a
Linux ubuntu 3.16.0-14-generic #20-Ubuntu SMP Sat Sep 6 23:45:12 UTC 2014
ppc64le ppc64le ppc64le GNU/Linux

The source code of ibutils is found if you do apt-get source ibutils but
then when I do configure I was having problems. The script is looking
for libopensm libraries but the path in the configure script are not
matching where in the system are. I will try to look into this more but
it looks like the configure script needs extra work.
