Fixed in Hardy and Intrepid a while ago (the package isn't in Jaunty anymore) .
Installed it on Intrepid amd64 (latest release with the program) and it shows
up in Applications/Graphics.

Probably not required, right - I'd still encourage to run it, but that's
your decision. :)
Also: are you going to submit the patch upstream? That way we can get
translations for it easier and don't have to carry it as a diff.
