I'm using ubuntu 14.04 amd64 with all latest updates. But the bug also
appeared in 12.04 I think.
My external USB Harddisks / USB Storage-Devices are only getting
recognized after suspend. But

The problems only occour with the USB3.0 ports of the notebook (Dell
Vostro v131) but not on the USB2.0.
I don't know the specific source package. Maybe the kernel itself?
