Public bug reported:
I make bootable usb of ubunut 14.04 LTS using universal usb installer
and try to install it while installing it give following error "Error 5
input/output ...." i try different usb and download again fresh iso file
from ubuntu website but still getting this error my harddisk is also ok
i checked it will S.M.A.R.T.
