Issueing `sudo service tntnet stop` should stop the `tntnet` process and
free the port it uses, but it doesn't (`netstat -tupln | grep :80` shows
that the port is still in use by `tntnet` process after half 5 minutes).
Modifying the port doesn't change anything.
