gstreamer produces bad MP4/AAC audio files when specifying non-standard
encoding options
gstreamer fails to produce working mp4/aac files with all default
settings:
gst-launch-0.10 filesrc location=$from ! decodebin ! audioconvert !
faac ! ffmux_mp4 ! filesink location=$to
but sounds OK when:
gst-launch-0.10 filesrc location=$from ! decodebin ! audioconvert !
faac ! faad !
this seems to be upstream bug
