After discussing with Alfonso this morning, your syslog definitely shows
signs of the ofono bug mentioned above in comment #6. I asked Alfonso
to mark this as Critical/rtm14 as when this bug is hit, the modem
becomes unresponsive until the phone is restarted ( technically an ofono
restart would

Also regarding this bug, in order to determine whether there's an
underlying urfkill bug, we need to query the modem states ( via
/usr/share/ofono/scripts/list-modems ) and the state of urfkill (
/usr/share/urfkill/scripts/flight-mode enumerate ).
urfkill is designed to only toggle
