I have intel hd 4000 too. Try this commands on terminal and perhaps works:
sudo -s
echo -e "Section
\"Device\"\n\tIdentifier\t\"intel\"\n\tDriver\t\"intel\"\n\tOption\t\"TearFree\"\t\"true\"\nEndSection"
> /etc/X11/xorg.conf
and then reboot
