Public bug reported:
The version of snapper that ships with both Trusty and Utopic is 0.1.8.
According to ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/projects/snapper/ this version was
released in 2013. Since then there have been a few more releases with
bug fixes and new functionality.
Please consider using a more up to date version at least for Ubuntu
15.04.
