For one thing there is no us mirror of old-releases.ubuntu.com, just use
old-releases.ubuntu.com. You also seem to have some cinnamon packages
installed from a PPA which may be causing a problem. You'll need to use
the tool 'ppa-purge' to remove the cinnamon packages from your system.
