Just downgraded something to get update-manager to show this.
Obviously when there are more packages, the vertical scrollbar appears,
however I think it should be consistent and show the horizontal
scrollbar at the bottom so you can see the full information on the
package without resizing the wind

I'm talking about the very first view you are presented with, after
starting update-manager up, headed "Keep your system up to date" (or
"Your system is up-to-date" if all updates are installed)
