Desktop is distorted after update to 331.113

I doubt the BIOS update would change anything, but will try it out.
Also I've forgotten to include, that LightDM login screen looks OK
across multiple monitors.

BIOS was upgraded:
$ sudo dmidecode -s bios-version sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date
8BET62WW (1.42 )

However, that did not change anything. With 331.113 the same problem
exists.
I have also made tests with docking station and two external displays.
The results:

I have the same bug with driver 331.113 on Lenovo T530 - when I switch into 2
monitors (one monitor is built-in and second is external) - icons and dialogs
are distorted-Not OK.
When I switch the same picture on both monitors picture is OK. When I use
only built-in laptop monitor picture is
Tantibus Vulgaris, just to clarify, which driver and version are you
using in Trusty that does not reproduce this problem?

Jacek, thank you for your comment. So your problem and hardware may be tracked,
could you please file a new report by executing the following in a terminal:
ubuntu-bug xorg
Please ensure you have xdiagnose installed, and that you click the Yes
button for attaching additional debugging
331.38 does not reproduce this problem. When I submitted this issue, I
was on good configuration. Problem arises using 331.113.
