@Bartosz, thanks but that's a different issue, the other one is about
the buttons at the bottom of the dialog, that one about the settings UI
after doing a change

Unfortunately still I cannot reproduce this issue. Here is what I'm
trying to do:
1. Go to System Settings -> Languages.
2. The language is US.
3. Select another language and click "Confirm"
4. There is a popup with two options "Reboot" and "Cancel" (there is no "Undo"
option)
Thank you for the bug report, I though that was already reported but
can't find it now
