We need these two packages in main as pyqt5 build-depends on them.

Actually pyqt5 in vivid (-release) already build-depends on them, but
the current packages have been copied from a landing PPA, so the issue
only raised when I tried to do a (normal) upload of pyqt5.

These packages are not going to be installed by default in any of Ubuntu
flavors, it this is just a build-time requirement.

Packaging is clean and maintained by us the Debian/Ubuntu Qt/KDE team,
the license is mostly LGPL. Packaging is in sync with Debian and
expected to stay so. All dependencies are already in main.

I have asked Timo to subscribe ~ubuntu-qt-packagers to the bug reports.

There are no open bugs in Ubuntu about these packages. The two open bugs
in Debian are not relevant for Ubuntu (different architectures /
versions).
