Public bug reported:

Search for terms which definitely should return a result, like `linux`
or `apper` don't display any. The progress circle is displayed for half
a second and then disappears. Every search request creates a message on
the terminal in the form of

    QDBusConnection: name 'org.freedesktop.PackageKit' had owner '' but
we thought it was ':<x>'

where `<x> is an increasing number.
