Test Case:
1. Record a video with the camera app and don't close the camera-app
2. Switch to the dash and go to the video scope
3. Check the list of videos in the carousel
4. Refresh the scope
=> Verify that the video is listed and a thumbnail is generated
Actual result:
The video is not displayed. However, it is displayed when the camera app is
closed and the scope refreshed.
Expected result
The video is displayed in the scope immediately
