I've ported pyexiv2 to Python 3.

The code can be released, all unit tests are passed with success.

I've tested a package [0] for Trusty wich works as expected, and one for
Precise wich don't works, it seems the version of libboost is too old in
Precise (1.46).

I've updated the doc [1].
