Your bug report isn't against the openjdk package in Ubuntu, but rather
it appears to be against the webupd8 repository. I'm not sure where they
track bugs, but the PPA page at:
https://launchpad.net/~webupd8team/+archive/ubuntu/java
says you should contact the team at
