Public bug reported: The fonts section offers to choose fonts for "window titles", "user interface", "documents". Default window title font in Ubuntu is "Ubuntu bold". However the font selector misses "Ubuntu bold" although it is installed.
As a consequence, it is not possible to restore that font via UI if a different font was temporarily chosen. As a workaround, one can use dconf-editor to set "org.gnome.desktop.wm.preferences.titlebar-font" (which somewhat defeats the purpose of having gnome-tweak-tools).
