I tried Ubuntu 15.04 amd64. I wrote ISO to USB drive and boot with option 'try but not install'. There is no issue anymore either click on suspend / close my lid to auto suspend. When I waked the lid, the touch pad works properly. ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete = Fix
