I tried Ubuntu 15.04 amd64. I wrote ISO to USB drive and boot with option 'try
but not install'.
There is no issue anymore either click on suspend / close my lid to auto
suspend.
When I waked the lid, the touch pad works properly.

I am too stupid to locate the 'tags' , however, I did test for 3.18-vivid and
v4.0-rc2-vivid.
Both kernel works however v4.0 is partial successfully installed in my laptop.
