The request seems to be to do what android does, which means that if the screen starts locking on idle, give some time to the user to react and create activity before it's actually locked. It's not really a demand to have different settings for power off and locking... ** Changed in:

I for one still believe those settings should be separate... Those are different settings for other phones (probably nor all of them) and also on Ubuntu Desktop. Just because the the screen saver kicks in you don't necessarily require the user to authenticate again. Anyhow, clearly a question for
