Since update to r21: Bluetooth crash issue is gone. Device connects OK.
Can start/finish calls. Nice!
Have not check other functionality though (like address book sync).

Update since r21 was released last week:
1. Bluetooth connections have been absolutely stable once connected - no
dropped calls or drops in bluetooth connectivity. No more reboots required.
= SOLVED
2. Bluetooth connections remains connected on completion of phone calls. =
SOLVED

* When trying to disable BT from notification area - indicator switches to
on again.
* In the settings - BT only on/off control is active and no other info
