I am having an old problem it appears. My Dell XPS 1530 suddenly stopped
working on WiFi.
I have tried everything I found in Ubuntu help forums but so far nothing worked.
Also I have another bug with my laptop. On starting a box appears which
states "System program problem Detected."

I think it has to be filed against kernel-wifi-rfkill but I don't know

Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v4.0 kernel[0].
