Run gnome-default-applications-properties. Switch to accessibility tab

Selecting "Orca with Magnifier" shows "orca -m" instead of "orca -e
magnifier", so orca fails to start.

Selecting "Gnome Magnifier without Screen Reader" shows "magnifier -m"
when additionally -h or -v or some other option is needed to split a
single display or run on a separate display.
