Public bug reported: I downloaded a Unbuntu gutsy i386 daily build (2007-09-22), and the installation process goes OK (it even downloads some language packages) but after installing the grub bootloader and removing the DVD, the reboot process stops while running the finish netcfg script. I've the same problem in two computers (a laptop and a desktop computer), both AMD64 machines. The computer doesn't hang, in fact I can change to any term and see the running processes, but the installation process is not finished and I have to restart the computer pressing Crtl+ALT+DEL (and then it can be seen in the terminal that the runlevel is correctly changed to 6). Although the installation process wasn't properly finished, the installation is complete and therefore you can normally boot in the system.
