there is not user interface and you have to configure and start it from
the command line (through adb, ssh or the terminal app). The user
interface is coming soon.

it is one of the main feature requests we get on IRC/G+... since we need
the low level support anyway we can as well seed the bits now and make
them work from commandline.

Is this functionality that we want on the phone for its own sake as a
product, or only because of the current testing requirements? Do we
risk adding this as a temporary workaround for internal development
purposes, only to have users come to depend on it and objecting when we
go to remove it agai
