I'm not sure what the expectation is for fixes like this. It probably
won't go into updates since it doesn't involve any security fixes, but I
suppose it might qualify for backports. It's extra work to go through
that process though, so I usually don't do it unless someone asks for
it.

Just reinstalled the jde (7.10) completely because the last update had
dependency problems with emacs.
The problem still exists - also see:

And: By swapping the two lines there are no problems with cogre and none
with cedet on my machine!!
Actually ... I'm about to get a new jde package uploaded to Debian
unstable which will fix not only this bug but every bug marked "in
progress" for jde. It might be best to wait until that gets out before
syncing, in order to save effort. I'm unsubscribing universe-sponsors
for now, and will resu
as we're in feature freeze now for hardy, I think it's fine to sync this
package now; if there are other bug fixes available later they can be
considered separately.
