I'm not at home the next 4 days so that I can test it only next week.
As far as I remember there was no option with hp:... otherwise I have
choosen that. But I will try it again next week.

Step 3 needs further explanation. 'hp:' URIs are shown higher up in the
list than 'usb:' URIs are, so if it's the only printer connected it will
be the one already selected.
How are you choosing which device to configure?
