I am not sure I understand, what exactly you want.
On the kernels which I have tried so far, I got these results: (bad=the
bug exists as reported here, good= that bug NOT present)
3.13.0-52-generic bad
3.13.0.53-generic bad
3.16.0-37-generic bad
3.16.0.38-generic
ullix, the next step is to fully reverse commit bisect from kernel 3.19
to 4.1-rc4 in order to identify the last bad commit, followed
immediately by the first good one. Once this commit has been identified,
then it may be reviewed as a candidate for backporting into your

I was able to install kernel 4.1.0-040100rc4-generic and this reported
activity was NOT present

I did install the kernel 4.1.0-rc2 and rc3 but could not not create the
wl module from bcmwl-kernel-source so I stopped any further tests
