@Seth, 3615 is the wireless module or braswell, shouldn't we support it
in 3.19 branch?
should I open a linux task to bump the firmware version, or we plan not
to support it in 3.19? thanks.

since the max ucode API supported in 3.19 is -12. This also won't be
needed in trusty until after 15.10 releases.
