201501-16341 is now being re-tested with Vivid stock image + update, it looks like the VT switch issue could be reproduced on Vivid. And I can see the Call trace error as well (not one-by-one compared yet). Thus I think it's broken in stock kernel already. The dmesg output for testing on stock
