I'm sorry but I have no time to reinstall to recreate the error. I have
just spent half my night/early hours learning/trying to get Apparmor to
work only to discover it is running a bug that has been fixed but
apparently not implemented. bah.

The workaround to this bug was to click back and then continue
again.
The install then offered a continue option on the user details screen
instead of the odd, impotent connect option.

I'm not able to reproduce this. I let it sit at the user credential
screen for a good 10 minutes and when I came back it was still sitting
there waiting for me to enter the username and password with the
continue button ready and waiting. Are you able to reproduce this?
