This is OK to implement if the cost is low. It doesn't have any major
impact on the design of Unity. Key to close application should not be Q
because it is too close to tab, instead we should use X.

As part of the big bug review for 16.04 LTS I have tested this on 15.10
and the bug is still there. I think this is a feature request rather
